Saudade.
Saudade is a Portuguese word that doesn't have a direct translation to English. The closest translation I could find was "this nostalgic feeling of longing and yearning but it's still far from the true meaning of the word.
"Saudade is a Portuguese and Galician word for a feeling of nostalgic longing for something or someone that one was fond of and which has been lost. It often carries a fatalist tone and a repressed knowledge that the object of longing might never really return. It was once described as "the love that remains" after someone is gone."

Technique ImpactPrimeiro é muito bom ver um trabalho português no DeviantArt,eu não sou muito familiar e conhecedora de photomanipulação,mas neste caso existe uma mensagem por detrás,saudade e saudade é uma palavra sensível a todos os portugueses,ainda mais tratando-se do elo que existe entre homem e animal,mais forte do que muitos sentimentos entre humanos.
Amizade,companheirismo e carinho..quem tem afecto pelos animais compreende daquilo que falo.
Quando perdemos alguém que amamos,seja humano ou não,só resta a saudade e a memória dos bons momentos passados.
Por isso e para concluir,esta peça é muito mais do que uma técnica,muito mais do que arte,muito mais de que uma imagem.......é sentimento.
E sentimento é o bem mais precioso,que qualquer ser humano ou animal,pode ter.
